5. Intellectual property

• ZelmX and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, design, branding, content, and underlying technology.
• Except as expressly allowed, these Terms do not grant you any license to use trademarks, proprietary content, or protected materials outside normal service use.
• You retain rights in content you submit where required by law, but you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, and provide the service.
